The Partnership provides support to both businesses

Support for businesses often takes the form of
funding - significant grants, tax credits, low interest loans and
other financial mechanisms. For example, salable federal tax credits
equal to 39% of a qualified investment are available. In some
states, additional discretionary transferable state tax credits can
equal 100% of a qualified investment may be available as well. Other
examples of incentives for investment include the gift of land
and/or buildings, cash grants, zero interest loans and grants to
train employees.
Support for government agencies includes grant
writing and other funding sourcing.
